I think you are refering to TINTED glass plate covers. Yes, they are illegal and you will be flagged down for that.

no to tilted or shaded plate glasses. it's illegal. if you really want one get the clear Deflector (P1K+) or the acrylic one (300+) a pair.

Tilted or tinted plate cover is illegal, for sure if you travel inside Makati area you will be fined P2500.

nung lumabas ang acrylic mas naging IN ito. 300 lang sa Aguila the last time i inquire. go for acrylic or deflector kung willing mag add. matalas pag nabasag ang glass bukod sa mabigat.
