Gen2 CRV stuff i need help with

Guys where in the SOUTH could i get that European Grille for the Gen2 CRV? The mesh type with a over sized H emblem on it..

And im the type who couldn't shelve out 15k++ to convert my halogens to HID kits, so what H4 bulbs do you guys think is best suited for the Crv?(Budget is 2k) i want to have that bluish or purplish look, but i have no time to go around the shops on weekdays, and most of the shops are closed on sundays..

And if you guys could suggest some more things for me to do with the car, tell me.

brother, tip lng, if you decide to shift to HID be sure you get the same lenght of bulb with your original, otherwise the HID might be protruding so much your headlite deflectors will not fuction well, and your HID will deliver what you expect
