A rotary polisher on the hands of an untrained user will surely cause damage. However, DA polishers like Porter Cable+Pad with no cutting abilities+Carnauba/Sealant+skilled user will not mar the paint surface. So yes, it's okay to wax using a DA polisher even once a month. Just my two cents

kapag tag-ulan, weekly. kapag hindi naulan, once in 2 weeks - 1 month

Dry season:
- once a week, top of lang daily ng duster and QD

Rainy season:
- as needed

Wax is done almost weekly...no roof kasi parking ko sa bahay...so better burn the wax to the sun...rather than burn the paint.
