Some people like to have a "personal touch" kasi kaya ayaw ipa-hugas sa carwash. Yun iba naman, basic carwash lang na tig-70 petot every 3weeks-1month solve na.

Ako kasi, I'm more of the latter. I never really paid interest in detailing my car by myself.

Pero I've been planning to wash my car by myself (exercise na rin) anytime soon.

    Question 1:

Ano ba magandang products na gamitin?
No detailing involved. Just pure washing. Ano ba magandang shampoo etc. ?

Ilan ba yung ratio niya...

    Question 2:

Ikaw ba, do you wash your car by yourself? Or para ikaw ako? Hayaan nalang yung carwash to do the job.

I used to wash my car o punas lang almost daily or every other day, depende pag marumi na ang car and di umuulan; lalo na nong nakatira pa ako sa bahay ng parents ko, kasi yong garage ko don, katabi lang ng gripo kaya medyo ganado ako mag-washing. At para parating malinis ang car ko. It's either ako mismo ang nagwawashing, double purpose, pampapawis na rin, kumbaga exercise na may pakinabang; or yong Bro. in law ko or maid.

Tapos once a month sa carwash shop para malinisan yong ilalim at mapa-vacuum ang loob ng car, carwash plus wax and tire block, P 200-P250.

Pero ngayong lumipat na ako ng apartment, bihira na akong mag-washing ng car ko, kadalasan, punas na lang. malayo kasi yong garage ko sa apt unit ko, about 10 meters or more, at saka mano-manong washing, balde saka tabo ang gamit. Pero pa-minsan2X, ginagawa ko pa rin kung marumi na ang exterior ng car at walang time para pumunta ng car wash shop; and/or gusto kong mag-exercise, pampapawis.

I used to have a car shampoo with wax, nakalimutan ko lang ang brand, pero nong naubos na, I use hair shampoo, usually, rejoice or pantene.

Average visit ko sa carwash shop is once a month; maghihintay ka rin ng almost 2 hours pagpa-washing eh.

yap, meron ako nyan, na sabi nong salesman, it's better to keep it wet? are you referring to that? but I like to use ordinary piece/s of cotton cloth that are also sold together with car shampoos/wax, etc. in the department stores, or yong nilalako in the streets of Manila, na square/rectangular shape na tig-25 pesos each or 3 for P 100.

    Ako sir,
I do wash my car by myself, every saturday morning, primary reason ko is exercise,
Hehe.

    Gamit ko:

Washmitt, microtex carshampoo and tire black, chamois, vacuum, mf for interior
    Tsaka extra shirt pagkatapos. Hehe.

Hehe.

    Goodluck Sa diy carwash. Hehe.

kung gusto mo ikaw na mag wash, economical na talaga yung Microtex na car shampoo. yung sa materials na gagamitin for washing, microfiber na microtex washmitt sa body and isang pang mitt na mas mura for the wheels oks na yun. drying ko yung Microtex na elite na towel.

    magandang exercise din to...

I wash the car myself. I usually wash thoroughly once a week with a inbetween quick body wash and hose down if it rains inbetween. Pag summer i can go for 2 weeks or so with just using the California Duster.

    I use the following:
    1. Microtex Shampoo (i'll try out the Mothers Shampoo next time though)
    2. Microfibre wash mit
    3. Microfibre towel
    4. Chamois (for drying)
    5. Brush and older microfibre towel for wheels, wheel well, and suspension bits (i also clean the suspension parts that i can reach by turning the wheels full lock).

No pressure washer for me, malakas yung water pressure sa amin so having a good hose (non kink) and hose spray is more than enough. I use the soap in bucket method and also wax the cars once a month.

vinj try mo next time yung Meg's na NXT car shampoo (purple)...

buti sa inyo malakas yung water pressure... sa amin it will take a few more weeks pa, ngayon palang pipe-laying ng Maynilad sa village namin. i'm still enjoying the use of my pressure washer ala carwash.

and iba talaga feel pag ikaw nag linis ng sasakyan mo. lately di nako masyado pagod whan i do my carwash and interior cleaning routine, nasanay narin katawan.

Iba din yung feeling pag naulanan yung kotse mo.

I'll consider the NXT then. Tamang tama, may carshow at the end of the month, baka may display with discounts.

Renzo, usually one to two caps depending sa size ng balde mo.

Galing. Gusto ko magkadriver na ulit... irony of it all; nung bata pa ako, gusto ko walang driver (pero may family driver kami), ngayon na nagsarile at nagtratrabaho na, gusto ko na ng driver.
