what polishes do you have on hand? until it's fixed, start with the least aggressive product and hand pressure towards the more aggressive.
The 3M scratch remover is the one that comes in sachets right? When I went to Ace, I felt the sachet and i could feel the big abrasives in it. Isn't 3M a bit too aggressive?
