April 22nd, 2015 08:43 AM #11Correct. Exactly what the name says. The product is safe to use for clear coat paint. It is less aggressive than Traditional rubbing compound.

In that case, I think NCAP is something that they have privatized.
SC (temporarily) stops NCAP
