and we don't use running water alone (with hand or MF) to remove dirt, wala kasi syang lubricity kaya mas prone na magka fine scratches yung auto...
+1 on this, never try to remove dirt with water alone. Ung MF washmitt ng microtex is designed to trap dirt naman to keep dirt away as to not rub on the paint finish, i'd say this plus shampoo is second best to using a foam cannon to loosen the dirt.

agree on this. my purpose of doing this -- wetting the car with water alone is to soften whatever dirt it has particularly on the running boards.

Kundi, tuyo.

    January 1:
    - rinse it with running water and hand to remove dirt
    - rinse it with running water and MF
    - shampoo with microtex shampoo
    - apply carlack aio
    - buff it off (kasi nabasa ko yung above quote e na buff off ko na ang aio)
    - appy carlack sealant
    - buff it off after 1 hour

    January 2:
    - apply microtex nanoglos
    - buff it off
    - apply microtex nanosliq
    - buff it off

mamya gabi iniisip ko pa lagyan ng mothers reflection top coat (no cleaners)...

i-post ko yung pic in a while yung kuha ko before ako pumasok sa office (after 8 hours after buffing off the nanosliq).

good call on mother's Top Coat. Nano Sliq has a similar function.

kaya pag walang guhit guhit saludo talaga

hi. speaking of black, enough na ba makatanggal ng surface scratches ang megs M84 coupled with wool pad or W-7000 on a makita 9227C rotary? what speed would be ideal for the polisher?

there are some stubborn scratches that won't come off. but i noticed that they get reduced after a number of passes. di ko lang tinuloy for fear of thinning the clear coat further. naka 4 to 5 section passes na.

    any advice?

are the scratches palpable? if yes, di na matatanggal ng buffing yun... sayang lang clearcoat mo sir if you continue to buff. Malaki ang cut ng wool pad...
