    1. clay
    2. elevo watermark remover (instruction indicates that this can't be used on plastic parts)
    3. glass science glass scrub (instruction indicates that this can't be used on plastic parts)

Can clay be used on the plastic parts? what else can be used?
I'm pretty sure clay can be used...

Elevo, i dont think so, it has corrosive properties, amoy pa lang, acid na.

Glass scrub, not so sure, but if instructions say not to use in plastic, it would be better to follow.

Swirl X gamit ko sa Head lights. Tanggal yung yellowing at watermarks.

plastic most likely. it seems more like a dent than a scratch. if a scratch/dent is deep enough that it catches your fingernail it's beyond detailing. it needs a touchup which is done at a body repair shop or DIY/experiment. that's easy peezy for the painter.

Swirl X? ok, i'll give it a try.

i have an 8 month old innova and very rarely used due to nature of my work. actually 3000km pa lang yung ODO reading. until now since i bought it i have not tried applying wax to my ride. the usual thing i'm only doing is the normal car wash using turtle wash & wax.

i want to ask for some advice on what wax product and type should i use best for my innova. don't have much ideas regarding these detailing stuff.

hope someone can help and thanks in advance.

Step 1-2-3 in just 1 day? it's worth but not advisable. It should have a span at least a week's.

    RE: Proper Washing

    Items you need:
A Washmitt (Or a Plushy MF towel like Microtex Plush/Ultra Plush)

Good Lubricity Car Shampoo (Megs, Moms, Microtex, Polyglaze etc.)

    2 Buckets

Now you might be wondering, para saan yung 2 buckets? Bakit dalawa? You'll know later on.

    Step A
To start things off, fill one bucket with water, yung tamang puno lang, wag naman overflowing.

Then on the other bucket, dilute the shampoo in water until you get the right consistency.

HOW TO CHECK IF SHAMPOO HAS THE CORRECT CONSISTENCY:
    1. Dip your hand onto your shampoo solution. So basa na ng shampoo kamay mo. Then

    3. Then squeeze your thumb and index finger, kapag dumulas, tama ang consistency, kapag medyo rough or "sumasabit", mali na ang consistency.

Take note na dapat tama lang yung dulas, di masyadong madulas and di masyadong rough.

Also take note na hindi porket mabula ang shampoo, ok na. You have to check talaga.

Alright moving on. Now that you know the right consistency of the car shampoo to be used, let's move on to the next step.

    Step B
    1. Basain na yung kotse. Rinse it thoroughly para matanggal ang mga loose dirt (or dust the car before rinsing it).
    2. Dip your wash mitt/MF towel into the shampoo bucket, and wring it (pigain). Then start from the topmost part of the car until you reach the half part of your car (let's say until the middle of the doors).
    3. Rinse the shampoo-ed area of the car.
    4. Take your wash mitt/MF towel and dip it into the bucket full of water. Do not dip it until you reach the bottom part of the bucket, basta malubog lang yung wash mitt ayos na. Then wring it again.
    5. Repeat Step 2 on the remaining part of the car. Then repeat Step 3 and 4.

    Step C
Dry with clean MF towel or a Chamois. Just be careful in using a Chamois. Don't drag it too much, it might scratch the paint.

Also be aware that the Chamois, when you drag it onto the paint, has a really big chance of removing your wax. Been there, done that.
