Like I said, before you even go with machines, learn the techniques that can be done by hand first. You're taking two steps at a time.

guys, i bot an applicatior pad sa HANS, hindi meguiars ung binili ko kasi 4 pcs per pack ung meguiars eh... I just bot ung other brand na tig 70 pesos each...

question lng... how do use the pads efficiently? Iam currently using Mothers FX synwax, since medyo "liquidy" ung wax na toh, nahihirapan ako gamitin ung pads... feeling ko nastostock lng sa loob ng pads ung wax... so i tend to add wax on the pads para makita ko na may na apply sa paint ko... however, i have read na it is better if i use the wax sparingly... a small amount for a big part... pero kasi nung ginawa ko un nahirapan ako mag apply... feel ko konti lng and ung ibang part parang diko nalalagyan...

Back to my question, how do I use the pads efficiently... un bang kahit konti lng ung wax, it would still spread the wax evenly sa part...
And lastly, ganu katagal ko dapat hintayin maghaze ung wax before removing?

Comment: The good thing I find in Mothers FX Synwax is that its very easy to remove.

great shine bro! ang alam ko dapat medyo damp ata yung pads para di lang papasok sa pads yung wax.

haze? lung buong sasakyan kaagad, pagkalatag ng wax, inom ka muna ng juice at magmerienda tapos remove mo na hehehee.

mga sir patulong nman kung paano pag apply ng mga to para maganda results anong pong una? these are the available materials D best polishing cream, 3m imperial hand glaze, TW platinum Ultra gloss detailer, autoguard carnauba car wax.

sir nag kamali ako ng apply dapat pla una ung 3m IHG bago wax anyways ulit nlang ako sa sunday hopefully hindi umulan. Sir may nakagamit nba ng palm sanders to buff their cars any feedback? will the TW ultra gloss strip of the wax? ang plan ko is to do the detailing every sunday tapos wash everyday with shampoo top with the TW ultra gloss, ayos na kaya to?

Wash everyday? Sipag ah, ako kung di naman naulanan or maputik i just use california duster sabay tira ng detailer. Yung frequent washing mo pa ang makaka strip ng wax. TW Ultra Gloss detailer based on what i have read is a good OTC product. Hehe i still have 1/2 Gallon of EO wipe n' shine w/c i got from BB.

feeling ko kung alam natin yung procedure and tamang product eh we can do the new paint protection by ourselves...maybe, somebody here could share the steps being done and what product or formulation should be apply...instead of us going to famous detailing shop to do the protection for us..

kasi as for me balak ko lang dalhin car ko sa detailing shop only for polishing and acid rain removal. since wrongly use of porter cable might scratch the paint..

sir I'm still in page 123 pero tingin ko mga bukas matatapos ko na back reading ko. Probs ko kasi sir a4tech walang gumagamit nung mga ginagamit kong pang detail hindi ko tuloy ma distinguish kung cleaner, polisher or wax.

sir ung pag hugas ng ride daily routine na kasi yan pagkatapos maglinis ng kulungan ng mga aso and mag pakain sa kanila, tsaka nkaka relax pag ang aga mong pagod

just wanna share some pics sana ma improve pa next time kong gawin kasi tama na sequencing ng products na gagamitin. pasensya npo medyo madilim na natapos.

Yup medyo mahirap nga pag medyo hindi ganun ka well known yung mga products na ginagamit. I too when i was overwhelmed by the number of products that are available. I just chose the ones that are within my budget and with acceptable results.

Tama naman yung sequence na nilagay mo yung IHG muna then yun carnuba. As for the polishing cream, i'm not familiar with it but since it has "polishing" on the label most probably it has abrasives in it. Abrasives if used regularly will do more harm than good as it will eventually wear out your paint.

Hehe lately medyo tamad na ako mag detail. Twice a month ako nag wax using TW Ultra Gloss Liquid, i love it kasi easy to use and acceptable naman sakin yung results. Pag sinipag nilalagyan ko din ng Carnuba.
