Swirls are caused by physical debris between the surface of the paint and towel, it has nothing to do with QD type. If your cloth isn't clean or the surface has hard debris and it transferred to the towel, swirls occur. Using a high lubricity QD will only minimize its damage but it won't be the one CAUSING swirls regardless of what you use.
