Gurus, question, is the Prestone high protection wax a pure synthetic wax or does it have cleaning abilities?

I just got one of that from a relative... maybe we are talking of the same product. The label says "High Protection EZ-off full synthetic formula". I used it yesterday after Mother's Cleaner wax and looks OK... have to observe for the next few days how long it lasts...

Additional question. What do you use to clean your seatbelts? One of my seatbelts has a stain and most of are now darker than it originally was.

Has anyone tried A-Toy's car wash shampoo?
I just bought 1.2Liters of it at Ace Hardware. I'll give it a try tomorrow if it doesn't rain.
In the back it claims that it won't harm the wax..so that's good since I just put a double coat of Turtle Wax's Platinum wax. Smell so good! I used to use 3M high gloss, show car finish wax. I love the shine on it, but, it doesn't last very long.

I'm starting to get into detailing, I bought some Armor All today, and BOY did it make the interior shine! I can't believe I haven't been using that product. I used to use this other interior detailing liquid, and the shine would last for about 30 seconds and it seemed to evaporate away.

My car has been starting to show signs that it had a cheap washover done to it by the previous owner, hopefully I can still bring out some shine.

AFAIK, yup may cleaners ang SynWax... pero light lang. been using this sa white and silver cars for a while and ganda ng results. yung Spray Wax acts as a Booster.

pero personally, Klasse pa din ako when it comes to these colors. hehehe

anyway, bad trip kanina! medyo dusty kasi auto ko kanina sa parking so some kid wrote on the surface. ayun.. puro scratches tuloy. aargh!!

Sir Dehadista, bought a 07 silver Honda Civic last month. Saw this forum and havebeen a lurker for the past few weeks.

It seems Klasse Twins are getting high praises. Can I use it on my car? Will it provide better protection and better shine? How much will it cost me and where can I buy one?

I am currently using SIMONIZ Diamond Wax weekly and Zymol Detail QD between washes. Are these products ok?

AFAIK, ang TWINS wala dito locally although sila BigBerts nagbebenta ata nito, this is also what i want, kaso la ako pang ship from states, regarding the Zymol QD im not using mine khit konti lang ang bawas, nung ginamit ko kase dumami yung swirls

meron akong dalawa pang set ng starter kits (100ml bottles of AIO and SG) sa bahay which I offerred FS dito dati but then napapaatras yung mga buyers kasi nga whether I like it or else (hehe) kailangan kong ipasa sa kanila yung proportionate shipping & handling costs (and wire transfer fees) incurred ng 1 set sa kanila... kung na-hand carry ko lang sana yung mga items most likely di mag-dodoble ang selling price.

Sir, so you think the zymol caused your swirls? Have you tried other QDs, used it the same way you used Zymol and got different results?

Swirls are caused by physical debris between the surface of the paint and towel, it has nothing to do with QD type. If your cloth isn't clean or the surface has hard debris and it transferred to the towel, swirls occur. Using a high lubricity QD will only minimize its damage but it won't be the one CAUSING swirls regardless of what you use.

Just availed of the new paint protection program from BB Araneta. K twins and ginamit skin. Very satisfied with the results. Super kinis and dulas ng paint ko! Sa kintab, hindi ko masyado mahalata kase silver color eh.

Thanks to Paul and Jeff who were very accomodating. Inins lang kase umuulan ng umuwi ako. Washing tuloy agad ako. . .

am planning to have my two month old ride paint protected also. i noticed some light scratches in the hood. did you notice kung me ginamit silang scratch remover or sealer sa ride mo? matatanggal kaya ito?

just had my ride paint protected at Big Bert's Ortigas.am very happy with the results. ang kintab ng pintura at ang dulas nga... natanggal din yung mga scratches. grabe... halos di maubos dating ng mga kotse... as in pila talaga. my hats off to Big Bert's
