washing and shampooing every week is actually a good practice.
just make sure you're using car shampoo and not some other detergent.

depending on what type of shampoo you use, this will eventually strip off the wax (if you wax your car). so it's recommended to wax your car every month (you can do it more often if you want).

thanks... is it ok to wax everytime i wash and shampoo the car? it means waxing every week.
