Yeah if you want to do more elbow work use the cleaner wax after you're done claying.I'm not sure about the Mommys sealer and glaze,Skip that process and get a True polish.Glaze will only fill your swirl mark and light scratch but it will not remove it(you will see the swirls again in a couple of washing).Get a polish and do some elbow work to remove the swirls.Next step, seal your hard work by using your Mommys wax.

yung sealer and glaze ng Mom's can be misleading. its just a glaze and not a sealant. actually pag show, baliktad na ginagawa ng iba. wax tapos patong ng glaze. danda-danda on dark..

actually, I see the function and place of a cleaner wax in a detailer's arsenal. lalo na yung quick Detailer ng Megs from their Pro Line.. its very strong stuff and can be used with either a ROP or a Rotary. pang-mabilisan... whenever hindi kaya bigyan ng full-on treatment.

i already did a search on this thread about sealant and the brands that came up is klasse and meguiars #20 which is difficult to find locally, ano ba yung sealant na available locally?

Also, I saw Fusso 99 and Fusso coat (both are flurocarbon based) ok ba ito as sealant? ito ba yung Fusso na sealant na nababasa ko sa thread?

autoglym can be looked at as the british counterpart ng klasse aio albeit a few levels weaker. mukhang old product na yan.

sarap gamitin, better product removal compared to AIO kaso dusty talaga when working with it.

Wala akong idea sa autoglym polish.I dunno if it can remove swirl marks.I guess your still confuse about detailing.Here's the link.

additional question about sa TW rainaway, kung nag ii-skip na yung wiper, ano ba maganda gawin...

2. remove - kaso, paano?

whenever i wash my car and windshield, nakikita ko na yung "marks" ng wiper. parang iba yung flow nung tubig sa part na yun although malinis naman... ano kaya maganda pang ayos dun?

Sir baka madumi na windshield mo, you might have to polish it using a machine or have a professional detailer do it.

Depende sa swirl marks, kung malala na di na kakayanin ng hand application, rotary lang ang katapat niyan.

Natapos ko rin tong thread, whew! Thanks! Natanggal ko na rin yung overspray sa rear ng auto ko, used Meg's Cleaner wax and Mother's Carnauba. Ka-adik! Yung door ding naman, grr..(may nakita ako na non-paint dent remover)..

Gurus oks lang ba na lagyan ko ng wax yung mga exterior lights esp headlights (guto ko kasi makintab din yun eh)? Ginagawa ko yun sa glass lamps pero nag dadalawang isip ako sa plastics baka kasi pag mainit na yung headlight e lumabo yung plastic? TIA!

there are plastic polish available out there, the only brand I remember is from Mothers but I'm sure there other brands out there.

Use plastic polish just to be on the safe side.

archerwin: usually may group buy sila theveed ng Klasse Twins, depending on the exchange rate and shipping cost it will set you back around 3-3.5K more or less. Good investment IMHO, matipid kasi.

Madali lang, tignan mo lang yung consistensy ng product, once you see it malalaman mo na.

ginagawa ko hinahalo ko uli tapos ginagamit ko pa sa mga ibang auto. its not good anymore. tapos instead of ease in product removal, naging mahirap pa.

with regards to plastic polish, meron megs sa pro line. meron din sa eagle one and mom's..

I used Megs PlastX dati. (this is the one from their consumer line) does miracles in tailights and the plastic protecting the gauges.

the thing with these plastic polishes is that you have to work it in talaga to get some discernible effect. tapos numerous passes pa.
