AFAIK, you can use a Booster Wax (EO WAUD) on a dry surface. correct me if am wrong guru's.

karl: yup, wash dry then wax. Kahit QD lang pwede na, WAUD is preferably used after washing your car - spray it on your car after you rinse then dry.
