Argh.

While we were away for bicol, one of our helpers thought it was a good idea to dust the car with one of the static duster things here (which was quite dirty). Well, we could commend her for the initiative (hindi naman namin sya ininstruct to do so).

but the end result? the mz2 now sports fine scratches everywhere. along with noticeable long scratches at certain places.

Oh well. Polishing the car would be quite harsh for the paint so might as well just live with it until it's time for a general detailing.

question lang for those with CCD... have you ever tried cleaning your CCD? how? ano po ba ok na method?

my CCD kasi is sobrang dumi na - more than 3 years na ginagamit for 2 cars. it still gets the job done but oks sana kung parang di ganun ka-filthy yung CCD..

Hehehe. Sir bio-degreaser po ang ginamit namin. I dunno the brand though. Pero it was a very good degreaser, tunaw agad yung mga dumi then wipe lang kami with water & shampoo-damped MF towel. Ayun, tyaga tyaga na lang daw sa mga tight places hehe.

Just make sure na na-wax yung fender and bumper para di makasama sa paint yung mga tumalsik na degreaser.

Hehe. Bili ka na ng duster na safe for the paint like CCD and Microtex. Yung Microtex namin na maliit na duster ilang months na ngayon ko pa lang papalitan. Pinalitan ko lang para fresh ulit (99.75 lang ang replacement head eh). Pero it could last for another month IMO.

Cleaned the Sunroof with carnauba cleaner wax then 1 coat Collinite 915

Meron kami nung microtex. hehe. ayos nga talaga kasi minsan di mo na kelangan magwash.

Ginamitan ba naman ng yung parang plastic duster na may static dust thing kuno.
