Hello mga tols and tals, heheh, kakatapos ko lang i-detail 'tong Toyota Paseo ng tito ko, wala lang, just wanted to share dito since this site seems to be the most active Pinoy auto forum, and para na rin magsilbing tips sa ibang detailers dito. Medyo nahirapan din ako kase na-underestimate ko yung time, tsaka masyadong malala yung kondisyon ng paint, akala ko nga mga 6-8 hours lang ang aabutin para tanggalin yung mga swirls at pagka-oxidize, and before I could apply the AIO kase it generally takes me a total of 4 hours to do the main job… it took a while before mai-restore ko yung paint. I spent very long time on SSR2.5 and SSR1…
detailing tools:
- Porter Cable 7424
- yellow, orange, blue, and white polishing foam pads
- PoorBoy's SSR2.5
- PoorBoy's SSR1
- Klasse AllInOne
- Klasse Sealant Glaze
- Mother's Clay Bar
- Mother's Lubricant
- water spray bottle
- Forever Black
- Auto Glym
- Absorber
- Zip carwash
- Micro Fiber towels
- Eagle One tire shine
- applicator
detailed procedure:
- wash
- clayed
- wash
- wipe with the Absorber
- dry with MF towels
- applied AutoGlym throughout the interior
- SSR 2.5 on yellow pad PC set on speed 4
- pressure spray the yellow pad with water and dried
- immediately switched to orange pad (spent ~10-15 minutes per 2 sq ft)
- as the SSR2.5 dries/hazes I’d spray very little water so I’d be able to work it longer
- pressure spray the orange pad with water and dried
- polished with white pad
- SSR1 on orange pad PC set to speed 4, spread the polish to certain area, adjust PC to speed 6
- pressure sprayed the orange pad with water and dried
- polish with white pad
- pressure sprayed the white pad with water and dried
- applied Klasse AIO
- applied Klasse Sealant Glaze after 8 hours
- applied another coat of Klasse Sealant Glaze after 24 hours
- Eagle One tire shine

Nice work!
Sayang hindi na nahabol yung mga thinning paint surfaces.
But whatta difference!

very nice before and after! tagal talaga kasi PC gamit.. pero sure na safe ka dun. kung Rotary mahirap na.. small margin for error.
hehe kita ko yung pads mo nakapatong sa windshield.. grabe na kasi oxidized ang paint nyan. matindi na dead paint.. kitang-kita na sa pads.
keep up the good work bro.

Kintab a! Sarap ng feeling pagkatapos mo gawin yan. Major accomplishment lalo pag nakikita mo outcome ng trabaho mo.
Might want to clean the wheel wells also para dagdag pogi points.
