    sirs sori for the ignorance po... ano po yung rotary? yun po ba yung ginagamit na pangpolish na parang drill kaso instead of drill blade, pang polish yung dulo?

    Nope its different. May backing plate yung rotary designed for holding different types of pads for specific detailing tasks.
