magbabago yung color sa CR kung malayo sa original color yung repaint mo.
for example:

SKY BLUE to MIDNIGHT BLUE - will still reflect BLUE sa CR
DIRTY WHITE to PURE WHITE - will still reflect WHITE sa CR

but if you need to change from

MIDNIGHT BLUE TO BLACK - you need to have the color changed or from RED TO YELLOW.

process is like transfer of ownership, you need to go first to TMG for a clearance and have it applied sa LTO.
