best value body repair/ repaint place?

I want to restore my 1991 Toyota Corolla 1.6 GL. This includes repairing of rust patches, strip to metal repaint, replacement of necessary moldings and rubber door gaskets. What place/places can you recommend that would give me the best value for the money?

Also, the coil springs seemed to have sagged over the years. I intend to replace all four shocks with gas-type units. I would also like to replace the springs. Where would these be available and what do I look for?
