best value body repair/ repaint place?

I want to restore my 1991 Toyota Corolla 1.6 GL. This includes repairing of rust patches, strip to metal repaint, replacement of necessary moldings and rubber door gaskets. What place/places can you recommend that would give me the best value for the money?

Also, the coil springs seemed to have sagged over the years. I intend to replace all four shocks with gas-type units. I would also like to replace the springs. Where would these be available and what do I look for?

Magkalapit lang tayo. Dalawa ang primera klaseng shops sa area natin na nasubukan ko na (for crash repair). Allen Isidro and Alex Isip. Walang sinabi ang casa. Show quality talaga. Si Allen at Alex hands on kung magtrabaho. Hindi inaasa sa mga workers.

Medyo mahal nga lang pero they do offer discounts.
