is it okay to put a CAR Cover on a wet car... may tulo kasi yung garage namin eh feeling ko baka malapnus yung pintura ng oto ko kasi lakas ng tagas eh! (repairing the garage is not an option at this time) balak ko bumili ng car cover pero ang problema usually nag-uulan pag hapon/gabi. pag uwi ko syempre di basa pa oto ko. ok lang kaya kung basa sya tapos mainit pa yung hood eh lagay ko na yung car cover. di kaya masira pintura.

kung may idea/experience kayo, anung brand ba magandang car cover. meron sa casa, i forgot the brand. ok kaya yun? wat about yung mga imported. meron kasi sa SHOPWISE. medyo mas mura kesa sa mga on sale sa mg local car shops...

Dry the car first before placing the car cover. Minsan may nadikit ng dirt due to the wet surface and placing the cover might cause scratches.

koremao, mr roydok is right. dry mo muna yung area na basa bago mo balutan. kung kaya mo pa, i dust mo na rin yung entire body before putting on the cover dahil mag paparang papel de liha yan, once the dust is rubbed by the cover.

just try to get a car cover which is porous, meaning, yung moisture inside the car can breathe. avoid car covers with rubberized kapote's or lining's inside. nag ko cause yung ng moisture specially kung umuulan. this is quite harmful kung hindi mo natuyo yung oto mo kung umuulan tapos biglang aaraw.

hmmm mura lang naman ang GI sheet ah
last time i bought 123 pesos ang 6ft tapalan mo na lang yung may tulo, baka hindi lang car mo masira dahil sa tumutulong bubong.

may point si sir kimpoy car cover will cost 1k to 1.5 k yata dami GI sheet yun malalagyan..............IMO

txs guys. eventually i'll have the garage fix, kaya lang medyo sabit yung kapit-bahay namin sa repair eh, ayaw ko naman i-agitate, baka lalaong pag-initan tsikot ko, may history nakasi kami nun eh!

hi guys! up ko lang itong thread. my problem is sobrang dumi na ng car cover ko. i think almost 3 years ko na ginagamit. any suggestions or recommended laundry shops(kung meron). car cover ko is elevo brand. yun yung makapal at may kabigatan pero matibay.
