we have Optiguard Paint Protection Program.

My friend is asking if the optiguard program (php 6K) can be paid on installment basis. Since he says he doesnt have that kind of budget, he can only pay for each session as it is used up.

Also, any idea on how to remove mango tree sap (yellow) from the vehicle's paint? This sap is different from the ones that comes when new leaves are sprouting but rather it is the type that comes out when the tree's branches are chopped/trimmed. I have tried using big bert's unbranded shampoo (orange) but it is still there.

he can avail of the wash and seal service.

as for the tree sap. when totally dried its very hard to remove and shampoo alone can't remove it. bring it to the shop so we can asses it.

Naku ha! Bumble bee ka dyan! Kotse mo ang pinag-uusapan dito kaya yun ang dadalhin natin sa BBert's! Tara paint protection program na natin para lagi mukhang bago... Satisfied me sa result sa VC ko... Kahit nga nung dinala ko sa casa nung last Friday eh gulat na gulat sila! Sabi nung supervisor, "Sa BigBert's mo dinala yan ano?" Aba kuya kabisado nila gawa ng BBert's! So ibig sabihin me trademark na talaga sila! Bow talaga ako!

Kapag interior detailing, Buong interior yun diba? Lilinisin din ba yung mga gilid gilid na mahirap linisin? Tska yung mga sticker na nakadikit sa dashboard at windshield?
Kapag nagpapalit ako sa knila ng bagong seat covers lilinisin din nila ung mga upuan at seat covers ko? Tnx

interior detailing includes cleaning or shampooing of the carpet, sidings, dashboard, and ceiling. all seats will be removed and cleaned outside the car. as for fabric seat covers, we will remove them so we can clean the seat but not wash them, we don't do laundry service for fabric seat covers. if you have leatheret seat covers we will clean then and re install them when the seats are totally dry.

as fro the stickers we can remove them for you, but if its on the dash board and has been there for a long time chances are there will be a few sticker shaped marks left when we remove the stickers. this is due to the adhesive reacting with the heat and dash material.

usually takes 2 -3 days, depeding on the car's condition. plus we have to let the seats and carpet dry completely.

i suggest we let the rains pass muna, mahirap magpatuyo ng carpet at seats ng ganitong maulan ang panahon.

you can call the nearest branch just to be sure we reserve a slot for you, minsna kasi puno lahat ng bays.

can i buy your own tire cream kahit small quantity lang? BTW, this may sound late but i had my ride paint protected last month and my side mirrors etched 2 weeks ago at BB Ortigas. am very happy with the results. one very satisfied customer here.

I was able to talk to Vince (blackmagic) and asked him regarding your case (optiguard renewal). He told me that when you visited our shop for your final session, he did inform you that it was your final session and you can avail of the renewal at a discounted price. Your reply to him then was "di na muna". We're sorry sir but we did our part to inform you but you did not avail of the promo then.

yup, sabi ko kay vince last feb2007(final session) na hindi muna that kasi naiisip ko na may2007 dapat ako dapat mag-renew.. why pay 3 months early when the renewal will start on may2007 pa po...

kasi parang insurance na i-avail/renew every year, most of the time eh renew natin on the month of expiration ...

nasa wife ko na yung car.. sya na muna bahala sa maintenance hehe

kanina nagpa estimate ako ng big gasgas ko sa left fender nung nakita nila lumabas na maliit lang pala kasi may dumikit lang ng paint yun, konting buff at ayun wala na! Ok dito honest ang mga tao (kahit di k nakausap ang owner) atleast yung mga workers ay honest! di tulad ng nauna kong pinag estimate (di ko nalang sabihin) na charge kaagad ako ng 2K!
wala pala akong binayaran, tama free lang! wala pang 5 sec tanggal na!
so thumbs up talaga Big Berts!

It's been a while since I've visited BB's Ortigas.

Nandun pa po ba yung bakal na bench? Baka po pwedeng lagyan ng cloth yung kanto, o kaya palitan completely? Nung nagpalinis kasi ako before, nakatatakot panuorin tuwing ililipat yung bakal na bench kasi konting mali lang panigurado makagagasgas ng paint. :D
