    question po about bigberts OPTIGUARD: ..sorry medyo mahaba po

    nagpa-optiguard ako sa ortigas branch last year (May 30, 2006), so far okay naman at nakapag 3 maintanance sessions din until Feb2007.

    syempre gusto ko mag-continue for 2007-2008, tumawag ako kay vincent/blackmagic kanina (05Jun2007) sa bigberts ortigas para pa-schedule ng wednesday 06Jun07, sabi nya dapat last May2007 daw ako nag-renew para makuha yung P3,500 na price for revo.. hindi ko kasi hawak yung card kaya hindi ko alam kung May2006 or Jun2006 nga ako nagpa optiguard last year.. sabi ko tawag na lang ulit ako.. at parang sabi nga yata nya sa last maintenance session na dapat "same month"

    ngayon nakita ko na optiguard "maintenance card" ko dito sa house at nakalagay valid until "0507" ..huhu... so di na sya po pwede??? .. siguro mistake on my part na rin dahil very busy sa work..

    pero naalala ko kasi yung 14 days extension period sa website nila dati kaya siguro hindi ako bumalik last May2007

    IMPORTANT: OptiGuard is a periodic maintenance system. It is REQUIRED that you complete your quarterly sessions printed in your maintenance card. Failing to adhere to the program will compromise the effectivity of the whole system. Subscribers are given +14 days maximum allowance to observe the maintenance schedule. If the subscriber exceeds the 14-day extention period, the subscriber will forfeit that session of service completely and will automatically avail the next available service schedule. For example, if you started your OptiGuard on Jan.1.2006, your next session will be on April.1.2006. If you fail to avail this session by April 15.2006, you will forfeit this session and your July.1.2006 session will be used

    so May 30 plus 14 days eh pasok pa yung June 06, 2007 hehe.. kaso di na daw pwede at yung 5,000 na yung babayaran ko.. sayang naman discount hehe

    tama po ba intindi ko na magkaiba yung "maintenance" stated above and yung renewal? na ang meron extension is yung maintenance at wala yung renewal?

    i'm comparing the price on full detail of trooper. I checked your website, and was wondering if trooper is under Medium SUV or Large SUV?

    My SA at Isuzu Pasig mentioned their full detail package at P4500. He was trying to sales talk me into availing of their service when I was about to pull out of their service bay after my PMS.

    medyo the same query mga bossing sa bigbert's.

    nakarenew na ako last feb ng opp for my car. due ang unit ko for maintenance last may. kaya lang hindi ko nadala kasi nag-uulan last week ng may, sayang lang ang luwas ko galing sa bulacan.

    can i still use the scheduled may maintenance till june 14? tia

    the 14 day extension is for the maintence service schedule and not for renewal of the program. but i will talk to my partners if we can still give you a discount.

    what date did you renew your optiguard program? If renewed on feb. 1 your next maintenance sched would be in 3 months which is May 1 to 15 (with the 14 day extension). If by May 15 you have not availed of it, that maintenance date alone will be forfeited. but the succeeding scheduled maintenece can still be availed.

    Sir,

    The trooper falls under the medium suv category, Php4,500 (Includes Interior Rejuvenation, Engine Bay Detail, Full Paint Detail - Requires 2-4 days to complete depending on condition)

    Large is for expeditions, hi-ace's, and the like.

    sirs, afair, i availed my detail and last opp session either on the 27th or 28th of feb and renewed the program the same day. pasok pa ko at least until the 13th of this month? thanks

    Sir, interior ng auto ko medyo di na ok. Like ung sa dash, may nilagay kasi ung dad ko dati na parang tape, so uneven na ung color. Tapos dun sa may aircon, natapunan ko ng alcohol -- pumuti hehehe. Pati ba yan naayos nyo?

    yung ibang tape marks minsan kasi talagang luto na sa dash. its the adhesive
    reacting to the dash material and heat. pero kung yung adhesive mismo naiwan naaalis naman. as for the alcohol discoloration. di na maaalis yun unless you have the whole dash reapainted or leather wrapped. yung ambipur na pabango nakkatunaw din ng dash yun

    Sorry sir but the program renewal period is the whole month of the validity date. so if your program ends on May, the client has from May 1 to 31 to renew the program. This is the reason we return the card to the client even if he has already availed of the 4 sessions so he has till the end of the validity period to renew the program.

    To all optiguard program clients,

    The 14-day extension on maintenance service started way back 2006. It has since been revised to be valid for the whole month of the scheduled service month. For example, if you started your OptiGuard on Jan. 12, 2007, your next maintenance service will be on April 1 to 30, 2007.

    Correction on the schedule of you optiguard session, its valid till June 30 not June 13. Thanks.

    oks sir.. paki-update na lang po website ninyo na hindi kasama renewal para po hindi nakakalito... ayun nasayang tuloy yung optiguard ko at di nakarenew thinking na pasok pa sa 14 days..
    syempre mag hinayang ako magbayad ulit ng 5,000 instead na 3,500 lang

    I was able to talk to Vince (blackmagic) and asked him regarding your case (optiguard renewal). He told me that when you visited our shop for your final session, he did inform you that it was your final session and you can avail of the renewal at a discounted price. Your reply to him then was "di na muna". We're sorry sir but we did our part to inform you but you did not avail of the promo then.
