Hello Vince, had my car done in Araneta (great job!) cuz it was nearer to my ofc. Thanks lots for your attention. Sir manilenio, I think sa shop busy lang talaga si Vince and also pakita sya dun na super-strict sya.

I went 1 Sat night to see what BB was all about and nagsasara na sila when I arrived. Dun sa shop sungit sya, but Vince was kind enough to take a walk and see my ride to estimate (malayo parking, may car show nun e). Dun lang sya bait and ngiti nung outside the shop. Ehehe. To the BB guys, thanks again!

cguro ganon lang talaga ang mga shop owner gaya nga ng sabi ni Sir Glenn
minsan pagod ka na din, at may mga iba pang problem ..kaya minsan limited ang time makipag usap sa mga customer kahit alam naman natin gusto nila tayo makausap . kaya lang no choice may mga dapat pa muna asikasuhin .
alam ko mababait naman iyan mga BB boys(theveed,BM ,Impulzz).natapat ka lang bro ..for sure pag balik mo doon special attention ka na .
alam ko wala pa yata internet connection si sir BM kaya di makaonline para explain ang side niya

If you want funky conversation, go to to Big Bert's Araneta Ave. Their floor manager Paul is very perky and lively. Pwede mo pa silang sabayan kumain ng fishball dun sa vendor na dadaan exactly at their afternoon break.

I guess Vince is not exactly Mr. Congeniality. But when it comes to the job of running a detailing shop, you'd be hard pressed to find someone better. Siguro next time, tambay na lang sa lounge or just wander around the shop (like I do).

first few times i went to bigberts araneta, ganyang ganyan ang feeling ko kay vince (i thought he was the suplado type) and opted to see,meet and talk to/with theveed. hehehe lo and behold, since theveed was not too visible since nagwork na ata siya, fafa vince was always the "bantay" ng shop. so no choice. hehehe anyways, sa una talaga, mukhang suplado si fafa vince. i felt more of "sindak?" since parati nakasimangot siya. hehehe after several visits there i got to chat with him, talk about cars, girls in bikinis, and business. . sarap kausap at masarap kulitin.

sa akin lang, maybe he had a bad day (baka dumaan kasi ako) hihihi, benefit of the doubt na lang. . he actually is a pretty nice guy and a good friend ;)

like what the guys said above is also true, hands on siya sobra! kanina lang pasundot sundot lang namin na kausap si fafa vince. . . nung lunch break nga ng tao niya kanina, nipark pa niya sa loob yung kotse ko and 2 other protegetech boys PLUS was detailing an altis. . nung break time ha. hehehe workaholic sobra.

nayko, baka next time bumalik ako sa big bert's bigla na lang akong barilin haha! Sori guys, didn't mean to strike a nerve and think ill of anyone, especially cla sir vince na I now realize was only busy and maintaining a professional air. Mga BB guys, my apologies!

was at bb ortigas yesterday. nag inquire ako regarding their headlight cleaning. first time ko pumunta doon at si sir vince yung kinausap ko. he was busy buffing the car pero mabait naman sya na kausap. unfortunately, nasa araneta yung equipment nila for the headlight cleaning kaya dun na ako nagpalinis. now, i'm very happy with the result of the headlight cleaning. maganda ang pagkagawa. sir theeved even go an extra mile aligning my headlight.

dropped by BB last fri and inquired glass etching. was able to talk to sir vince. very accomodating siya. babalik ako probably this week to have it done.

sana magkaron ng branch BB dito sa paranaque. para regular ako pa carwash. medyo malayo kasi ortigas and araneta. gusto ko rin sana mag avail nung paint protection program.

Bro, please don't apologize, you have nothing to apologize for since that was your opinion, and it was valid naman since we don't know each other personally.

Our Ortigas shop is pretty much still in the soft-opening phase, undermanned pa kami dun (target is 6 per branch kasi) kaya sobrang bugbog din si Vince dun.

Side note naman, lumabas na kasi sa TV si Vince, baka ganyan mga artista talaga hehehehehehe...

Agreed! Almost two years na akong client ni vince, first meet namin medyo na sindak ako... (parang kay sir JEff TAn)hehehe.. pero si vince din sumuko sa kakulitan ko... hehehe. Not all the time good mood ang isang tao..

Mukha nga matagal tagal ko na din di nakaka usap si vince... this week sa ortigas ako mag papa wash...

pare ko don't apologize. if all comments are good, then such organizations won't have an opportunity to improve. i have a shop myself (hindi nga lang pang kotse) and while nakakataba ng puso ang mga magagandang comments, invaluable din ang mga constructive criticisms para malaman ng management where they can improve. if you ask me, wala sigurong company na walang fault whatsoever.

nakapagpa-detail na din ako sa BB and am satisfied with their work. i'm not big on talk so okay naman sa akin na hindi ako masyadong dinadaldal (moody kasi ako plus medyo matagal ako mangilala). napansin ko mataas ang morale ng mga tauhan nila which is good. okay ang quality control. saan pwede mag-improve? sana magka-branch sa makati
