I have been going to Big Bert's since 2004 starting with the Araneta branch and more recently with the Ortigas branch for the past 2 years. I tried to get the car washed yesterday but I saw that they had a backlog with detail jobs so no big deal. Today, I went back at 5:31 and they told me with a smile that they couldn't accomodate me as they were only till 5:30 even though they knew i passed there yesterday. Being a loyal customer doesn't really count for much nowadays. The smile they gave me kinda infuriated me.
Can anybody recommend another place to have a car washed and on ocassions waxed?
