sir, tanong ko lang po kung pwede pa maalis yung scratch sa car ko? malalim siya eh.. i tried rubbing compund pero ayaw gumana. nagpark lang kasi ako sa tabi tapos pagbalik ko may gasgas na. parang tansan ung ginamit. mahaba ung linya eh.

pwede po ba magawan ng paraan? and magkano po kaya aabutin? kasi 3weeks palang ung car ko.. sayang naman kung papabayaan kong ganito.

Sir if you can bring the car to our shop so we can assess it better, kung hindi inabot primer maybe we can buff it to a point this its not noticeable
but not completely remove the scratch.

Had my month old Fortuner (2.7 G, Freedom White) enrolled under your optiguard program 2 weekends ago. I told Willy that, years ago, I used to own a white GLI corolla and my experience with it was that despite frequent washing and waxing ang hirap tangalin yung "libag". So I enrolled my new ride with your optiguard program because I didnt want the same thing to happen again. Willy told me that I need to have my ride washed and waxed and every month to avoid this. Is the monthly washing and waxing necessary since my car is already enrolled under the optiguard program?

It is not necessary for a monthly wash and wax for your Fortuner since the Optiguard should make stains easily removable.

i think the stain you're referring to is tree sap. maybe you can bring it over to our shop so we can take a look at it. as for prevention, well parking under a tree for shade helps cool the car but thats the risk you'll be taking if tree sap falls on your paint.

sealants will help minimized the effect but if the tree sap is left on the paint for a significant time it will eat through the sealant too.

Actually, we visited ur branch in Ortigas... kaya lang medyo a bit disappointed ng konti kasi wala man lang nag assist sa akin ... i was looking for the "personalized service" pa naman since i don't know much about cars.... anyhow, maybe busy lang talaga ... but i'm still interested in the program for our car... hope you can help... thanks.

slight scratches sa corners ng car na hindi ko makuha sa rubbing compound.
mejo wala na ang orig kintab ng car. lageng bilad sa araw.
watermarks din sa windows.
interior is fine. ok din ang engine.

Mga bossing from BB, nung nagpa Optiguard ako, nabanggit ko dun sa nagapply ng sealant na plano ko rin ipa-wax yung car in the future. Nasabi nya na, antay daw ako ng one month from Optiguard bago magwax. Ganun po ba talaga katagal? Thanks in advance.

you can apply pure carnauba wax kahit na every week po after the Optiguard sessions. Just stay away from cleaner wax since it will just strip away the sealant.

maybe what our detailer meant was sayang naman if you will wax it agad after the Optiguard sesssions, but it also depends on a lot of factors like where you park your car, exposure to UV rays or acid rain, etc. There's no harm in waxing often though as long as you stay away from cleaner waxes and the likes since our Optiguard sessions will handle it.

i see, you're right, may be that was what he meant. yes i plan to use pure carnauba wax of Mothers, or its carnauba spray wax. My car is always parked outside, no garage either in our condo or in the office Kaya expose sya sa sun, bird droppings, bird food (aratilis, grr), moisture, and dust (may construction pa near our office, grrr). THanks ulit BBPD.

sir question lang kung ano kasama don sa stage 3 exterior detailing and ilang hours gagawin? kasama na ba clay bar don? may mga patak kasi ng paint yung kotse kaya balak ko pa clay bar eh since balak ko din pa detail dati pa isasabay ko na sana. kaso yung ibang mga detailing shops na natanungan ko hindi daw kasama sa 3 step nila yung claying.

kotse nga pala is 98 civic lxi.

Hi BB folks

Kaka repaint ko lang ng front and rear bumpers last friday. I think i've read in some forums na hindi kaagad pede ipa wax if this is the case. Just like to ask after ilang weeks/months saka ako ulit pede magpa wax?

Secondly, pansin iyung difference ng new paint(sa bumpers) with the old paint sa body ng car. Obviously, parang bagong detailed iyung new paint Makukuha kaya ito sa wax?
