Got it Jeff/Veed. Bale if I'm going to pay 1k each time i have my car clayed, cleaned, and sealed and do this 4x a year 4k ang aabutin. di ba mas cheaper compared to Optiguard if not almost the same? Sorry medyo confused lang ako. bale difference lang is the polishing/compounding, if necessary?

I usually do the wash and seal lang kasi every 2 months and just recently i noticed na makintab yung paint but scratches are underneath the sealant. I think I need it polished and cleaned right? This is 1k including the sealant?

optiguard includes 1 stage3 paint detailing session which is different from the usual maintenance sessions, and it's actually cheaper

Thanks. Will enroll my vehicle nalang para no worries na. Might start the session this coming saturday. Will there be strong chemicals in the stage3 process? I'm worried coz I have repainted panels and not sure if the paint can still withstand. Is there a possibility that we might do worse than improve the panel?

Anyway, Vince naman is there to look at it before proceeding.

hope to get a reply from you. thanks

any additional charges if it would be harder to remove? if mahirap na siyang tanggalin may alternative way pa po ba? and how much iyon?

gano katagal po ang claying? thanks a lot.

Vince and BB staff. Thanks for the polish job. Medyo natago yung scratches.

Salamat din sa carlack. Just used it and highly satisfied. Can I buy foam applicator pad sa inyo? The one used for hand application?

    Thanks.

chief blackmagic, hindi na ba included ang vacuum and tire black pag car wash? i was suprised when i visited your ortigas branch na hindi nagawa ng mga boys nyo sa oto ko to. it was a saturday afternoon and i left my car about an hour so my gf and i can have merienda. when we came back napansin ko hindi man lang napagpag yun floormats at hindi na-vacuum coz the big and noticeable dust balls are still there. tire black was also not applied coz may water beads pa yun tires from the car wash. hindi ko na pinagawa coz nagmamadali din kami nun umalis.

sorry chief for my ignorance kung hindi na kasali ito service na to with your car wash. ok lang naman kung hindi na kasali (coz i consider the vacumm and the tire black a bonus talaga), though sana na-inform na bago na pala patakaran nyo. thanks chief.

    Sir devdevlin,

my I ask what model your car is, so i can relay this to Vinz, and he can investigate what happened.

on behalf of BBPD, I apologize for our error.

Re: DevDevlin's post. I have been a regular at BB Ortigas since last April or June. Kasama naman lagi ang vacuum and tire black. Although, wash and wax ako lagi. There was only one instance na nakalimutan nila mag-apply ng tire black. I normally eat with my friend din sa may JJ's while waiting. Pagbalik ko, I asked the supervisor about it. May inutusan siya to apply the tire black.

In fairness to BB, pede mong kausapin iyung supervisor to do extra things pag regular ka na don. Like isali sa pag-wax iyung gas tank section, plates, muffler, etc. Anyway, might be one of those isolated cases

sorry sir about your experience. Our carwash service still includes the vacuum and tireblack application. Thanks for bringing this up so we can discuss this with the shop supervisor since Vince was not around last Saturday due to the carshow. I had already talked to Willy and reprimanded him and told him to make sure that these incidents don't happen again.

Thanks for the response impulzz, MyDestiny's, and bbpd-araneta. No apologize needed, sa tingin ko nga nakalimutan lang and no damage done. Eversince I got my ride, sa Big Berts ko lang talaga pinapa-carwash yun coz of the quality service they provide.

Pinaka hindi ko makakalimutan experience ko sa Big Berts was after a trip to Batangas. Dumaan ako sa rough road so there was a thick layer of dust then umulan. Grabe naging putik yun alikabok sa buo kotse. When I got to BB nahiya pa ako sa mga carwash boys coz i know they're gonna have to earn their pay with my ride sa dumi. Afterwards, satisfied ako sa work nila at parang hindi nadumihan yun kotse ko in the first place. Will definitly go back to get BB's service even after this small incident.

Chief impulzz, to answer your query my ride is a Black Altis.

oo nga, ano ba ang kasama if I only avail of the single session ng new paint protection?

wash, tar removal, polishing and sealant? lahat ba ito gagawin if yun single session lang ang i-avail?

if I understand it right, meron lang bonus na exterior detail kung nag enroll ako ng optiguard? but yun steps na gagawin is the same with the optiguard and the single session?

Bro, If I get it right, the Optiguard costs 4.5k for a regular car. This includes a full exterior detail which costs 2.5k per session, and 3 maintenance sessions which costs 1k per session. So total kung per session is 5.5k. Tipid ka ng 1k pag optiguard.

Correct me if I'm wrong nalang BBPD

    Djerms,
Yung 2.5k na exterior detail is sa medium vehicles. kung small, 2.2k lang. Pero tama yung sinabi mo na you save around 700 if you enroll in our Optiguard periodic paint protection program.

^^^so same steps lang gagawin pag yun optiguard ang yun single session? I mean for the selant? and the steps are wash, tar removal, polishing then yun sealant?

and saka nga pala do you still top it up with wax after the sealant?

The single session I was referring to was the clay + Cleaner + sealant. I think the polishing is included sa full detail session na 2.5k.

Naisip ko na din yan bro. Mas mura talaga ang optiguard kasi when you avail of the full detail session, there will come a time that you will be needing maintenance and based on experience, this is done 3x to 4x a year.

IMO mas mura Optiguard vs having single sessions.
