    mukhang case closed na... nakuha na ni sir pipefish ang collinite at nakapag-apologize na ang autobisyo people headed by their owner sir jerome.

    RULE NO. 1- Customer is always right
    RULE NO. 2- If the customer is wrong, see rule no. 1
    up for you sir Jerome for accepting the mistakes of your staff.. Yan ang leader at hindi boss.

    leading by example. great job sir jerome. sana your staff will learn to emulate their boss para more customers happy. sabi nga nila, the Customer is King. Sila bumubuhay sa business.

    hindi naman customer is always right. but we always try to please customer lang hehe
