I've recently purchased a wide body kit with fender flares to autobisyo. I requested a customised rear since i didnt like the IDEO rear, so they customed a gspeed rear to fit my IDEO set. I chose the autobisyo kits because it was sold on a good price. I immediately sent the money in full. They said it will take 3-4 days before they can ship it. It took them a week, which is not that of a problem for me because i dont like a product being rushed risking a low quality.

My first problem with the establishment is that they do not reply much to my inquiries regarding the updates to the ongoing process of making my kits. Which is a problem for me because communication is important during a business transaction. As a paying customer, i deserve to be updated.

Next problem is, when i recieved the package, to my disappointment, the estimated cost of shipping is at around P.800+, as told by autobisyo, was no where near it.. Ap cargo charged me P.4,995. Of course i was shocked. Since i didnt have a choice, i paid ap cargo so that they could release the item. I contacted autobisyo regarding the problem. I understand that autobisyo is not connected to ap cargo, and that the reason for the price being that much is because it was shipped door to door, bu plane, and on a crate. (i live in Tacloban city, Leyte by the way). But P.800+ to P.4,995 price difference is too much. The owner said that he did not know that it would cost that much, and that they previously sent packages to cebu which didnt cost much. So i said, why did you ship it without telling me how much it would cost me? They said they did not know it would cost that much. I said that it is their responsibility to find out, and my right to know so that i could decide if i would prefer a cheaper way of sending it like by boat or a cheaper logistic company. The owner said they will talk about the matter whether to refund the cost of shipping or other means, and they would update me today, which still up to this day, is not yet solved.

Another problem is the deal regarding the customisation of the converted gspeed to IDEO rear. They did not do it, so the rear flare did not match the rear skirt. Our deal was that i would add money in order for it to fit, which they obviously did not do. Again, i contacted the owner and sent an MMS of the HUGE gap between the flare and skirt, and a picture of our conversation reminding him of our deal. This problem was solved immediately because the owner sent pieces of fiber plastic to "fill the gap" the next day. What i didnt like is the conversation with the secretary, the name i didnt catch. She said that the reason for the gap is that the measurement of my fiesta should have been measured in their shop, and that its all up to the painter to fix it, i explained every little detail to the secretary, still, she could not understand. I said to her the deal was made with the owner and that the owner said he would fit the kit to a fiesta there in order to see if the rear gspeed custom would fit the IDEO. She even said that the fiesta of mine has different measurement of his boss' fiesta, which honestly made me laugh. And she also said that its up to my painter to fix the problem since the other fiesta's they installed body kits there in their shop did not have any problem. Again, i repeated that it was custom made to fit. Our conversation went in circles so i contacted the owner.

I have no issues regarding the product. I am satisfied with what i paid for. Only problem is that the shipping cost, and their lack of communication with me that might have led to this situation.

I dont intend to offend or bad mouth the name of the shop.. I know it is an established business and have a lot of happy customers. I just want to be one also and that my issue be acknowledged. Like what pipefish said, power of public opinion..;)

i have the same "communication" problem with Autobisyo. i've been texting / calling the owner inquiring about lowering springs for the 2012 picanto and he replied that they do have lowering springs for my car. i just had to confirm that the springs indeed were for the 2012 model so i asked him to confirm back after they check their inventory. almost 3 weeks of texting and calling and i still don't have a definite answer. the default and general answer would always be "che-check pa namin, text / tawag ka ulit". after almost 3 weeks of trying, i gave up. nakakawala ng gana.

it's still best to go to the shop itself and inquire personally.

It seems that the staff brings the shop down.. The owner, as a leader alone, is not enough for a good establishment.. It is a system much similar to the human body. If the speech is impaired, it is difficult to communicate with others.. Just sayin

I brought our MPV to them for nitrogen filling last December 29, 2012 and their secretary (Becca) was charging me 100 pesos per tire. Although it is clearly stated in their FB page that it should be only 50 pesos per tire. I still insisted the indicated price in their FB page. After that conversation, she instructed me to bring the car to their service area knowing that she will charge me according to the price indicated in their FB page. Upon arrival to their service area, I asked the mechanic how much it will cost. The mechanic said that it's only 50 pesos per tire. I even told the mechanic that Becca was charging me 100 pesos per tire. Then, another mechanic arrived and informed "us" that according to Becca, it should be 100 per tire. After that, sabi ko di bale na lang. Umalis na lang ako.

Heck, dumayo pa ako from Santa Rosa to Southwoods for that service because I'm reading a lot of praises sa FB at sa VCP forum and sa kanila din ako nagpakabit ng mga accessories ko sa Vios before. I'm also planning to avail their carwash and wax service pa naman after the nitrogen filling. I raised my issue to the owner (Jerome) in their FB page the following day but until now, wala pa ring reply.

Based on my experience with them, mas okay kung sa owner (Jerome) or sa wife ka niya makikipag-transact.

I'm sorry Autobisyo, but until now hindi pa rin ako maka-get over sa last experience ko.

I told her to kindly check their shop's fb account since i updloaded a pic of the "gap problem" i was talking about, and she kept insisting that my measurements should have been taken personally by them since apparently to her, my fiesta is different from her boss' fiesta.. I keep telling her over and over and over again that my fiesta is identical to their fiesta. But she would not listen. Also, she said that maybe taclobanons doesnt know how to install it since they did not have any problems with their painter. I said that a 2" x 6" gap cannot be fixed merely by body fillers. It had to be fibered. But no words from my mouth was absorbed by her. Hahaha like teaching a dog how to read and write.. Peace!. 😜

It is better to contact Jerome and make transactions with him, and no one else.

Calling autobisyo!!. I have clicked the "Like" button on your FB page but there isn't a comment line for me on your timeline or from any post. For no apparent reason, are you blocking me from commenting?

We resolved the issue before i saw the post here. If I may suggest and request, baka po puede bago natin ipost we talk directly first don sa seller, bring up the issue once hindi niresolved saka po tayo magreklamo dito. yun iba kasi sinasakyan lang ang issue. Shop po kami, kung titingnan yun subject medyo degrading po on our part.

I myself is a car enthusiast for decades. When I have problem with the seller, i bring first the issue to him and give him the privilege of resolving it, before posting it for everyone to see.

To Admin: baka puede po padelete netong thread , issues here had already been resolved. kung me problema naman they may reach us anytime

baka pwede palitan lang yung title/subject. Alisin lang yung "bad".

ok naman e. at least alam ng mga posibleng customers na inaayos yung issues.
