Any comments about L.A. Car Accessories?

Bakit ba halos lahat ng car forums, may reklamo about Amrit/LA Cars?? And with the attendant bad publicity, how come bukas pa ang shop niya? I think the owner needs a crash course in customer relations. Magaling sa sales talk, pero sablay sa CRM.

after the reply i sent about having coffee with him - haharapin ko na sana eh, hindi na siya sumagot.

so that everyone knows how this ended ->

i went to fine chioce car accessories the next day (evangilista, due to time constraints) and they were wonderful. i had the following done:

1. paid to remove LA CAR ACCESSORIES SOLD HID (i sold it to some dude outside for 1.5k as is), the terminals and connectos show the ballst eating contact point metal at the connectors, duno if heat or if a ballast has chemicals inside it but it was badly eroded - this was inside my bumber and never submerged in water. finally the pain ends at this point

2. bought h4 80/100 wurth and h1 55 narva (both all weather) + narva wiring kit with relay

3. enjoyed and savored every minute of driving home from work with my new all weathers

4. sent an email to everyone i knew about the wonderful cs i recived from Mr. Amrit

5. honestly wished no one else gets duped by that sad excuse for a store owner. I do want to go to BDO and ask them about what rights i have about being sold anything false or not to quality and getting a refund through them - i've saved every email from him (with IP addresses and complete headers) and intend to print this out and pursue the matter further. pag lugi ka sa binili mo, at kasalanan mo, okay lang eh - kaso this outfit screwed me over and was defensive and dishonest about it and that is what really got me going

he completely ignored my cry for not having the time, and his mechanics lie that had me spend extra at the casa just to test for the so called BIG ACCIDENT - buyers beware.

Dati balak ko sana magpa-tint sa LA cars, but after reading through some of the threads regarding tints I decided na sa V-kool na lang mismo ako magpa-tint, so far no regrets.

back to topic - had my tints done in LA Cars and so far it's all good .. i just didn't appreciate that they stuck a LA Cars sticker on my glass so i had it removed
