how long is the scratch?
here's what i suggest...
1) It's on the roof, so you're in luck coz di halata kung tinouchup. Especially since it's black.
2) It's black
3) sand the scratch a little (use the sharp edge of your sandpaper fold) to remove the rust, the apply some Turko or better yet, 3M Rust Remover pen to stop the rust and primer it at the same time. Actually, if you use 3M, you might not need to paint over it anymore, it's black anyway.
4) If you choose so, touch it up ever so slightly.

Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
