    sir, un srping over and and shackle lif wlang mgbbago sa ride mo..sa spring over ilipat lng un spring sa taas ng diff,un shackle mo same pa rin..sa shackle lift tataasan un shackle ,draw ng msyadong mtaas na shackle is prone sa swaying and aksaya sa rubber bushing,,kung gusto mo gumanda tlga un ride and nka lift ka..meron 2wd lift kit ang downey,e2 un kasama sa l;ift..torsion bar,rear leaf springs and un mga rubber bumsptops na polyurethane,around 20-30k ata un ..pero mganda ride mo wlang tagtag khit nka lift.

    nagpunta me kahapon sa 199 off road, wala lang c ronald may sakit daw...ang gaganda ng mga 4x4 nila dun mga monster truck hehehhe...

    ano mas economical, suspension lift or body lift?

    ano pros and cons...

    suspension lift- medyo mhal lng and mas maganda riding comfort nya kc softride springs un rear and torsion lift, sa body ;lift nman mura and stock ride lng kailangan mo lng ng 2inch body lift..may original us made nyan meron din local made..dun mganda sa 199 kc marunong cla ng mga conversion,dalawin mo uli sna ma tyempohan mo c ronald pra mas mka advice sya kung ano best way pra sa hilux mo..nkita mo b yun green na hilux 2dr dun na nka 17rim? dating 2wd un kinonvert gnwang 4wd..

    kung wala kang intension ibenta yan in the future, i would go for a 2"-3" body lift...then kung gusto mo nang "babuyin" (pardon my words) pede mo nang i-convert na 4x4 yan (front diff, rear locker and transfer case perhaps ang minimum mong kailangan)

    kung plan mong ibenta yan, go for twist torsion bar (probably another 1") and replace shackle and put a little bigger tires na lang (not more than 2 inch increase in diameter from stock). baka pang 4x2 frontier na ang stance niyan.

    from this set-up madali mong ibalik sa stock condition yung pick-up before selling it. usually kasi mas mahal pa rin ang stock condition than "modified" setup.

    yung gagastosin mo kung downey ay hindi mo mababawi kung ibebenta mo rin ang pick-up someday. tapos pagmataas ang pick-up mo naman may tendency kang itry i-off road ng kaunti ... which will only frustrate you and wish it was a 4x4

    sa ngayon ok na me sa 4x2 kc matipid sa fuel, kaya ko gusto itaas ay para magamit ko lang kahit medyo may baha na di na capable sa car.

    wala naman me balak na benta to, unless kung talagang kelangan in future

    sched sya for painting by end of this month kaya gusto ko na muna baguhin ang height nya b4 mapintahan..... ... almost two months sya sa painting works....

    up to now confuse pa din me kung body lift or suspension lift... inputs pls...

    body lift is an easier and cheaper way out...tamang tama pa sa body painting process pede nang isabay.

    dito sa pampanga nauso na pang body lift spacer ay yung gulong ng roller blades (tig P25-100 a piece lang yun). dalawang magkapatong will be about 2" body lift na...so kung 10 bolts yun you'll need 20 pieces lang... plus the taller bolts.

    yung radiator na lang next mo ire-relocate (pabababain ng kaunti), kung maikli ang linings ng brake, clutch and fuel, baka kailangan mo ring pala itong palitan ng mas mahaba ng kaunti...pero hindi naman super mahal yun.

    Well for the purpose that you mention I think a suspension lift would be better because that lifts everything not just the body of the truck. Just keep in mind that feeling invincible in a flooded road because you have a lifted truck, can just get you in deeper water when you get in trouble.
