    sino may alam na shop expert sa audi aside from PGA

    Is it true na bawal i tow ang audi, meron daw equip na anti theft. once na tow madis able na yun engine?

    is it grey market? not locally purchased? best is PGA
    first time ko narinig na pagtinow disable engine... ang alam ko pag tinow nadidisable lang ang alarm...
    i searched the internet and havent found anything about engine disabling after towing...

    saan mo nakuha yung information na yan exactly??
    kc parang nonsense naman kung hindi na magagamit ang kotse after itow...
    samantalang sa ibang countries they just pick up their cars from the impound after towing...
    i think kung totoo yan it would raise a lot of questions sa internet...
    but again, didnt found any

    Hi j_s_j99!

    Nakahanap ba kayo ng expert shop para sa Audi car nio? Since gusto ko rin sana pasyalan yung shop minsan para sa mga minor repairs ng car ko (A4 2001 MY).

    With regards sa towing of Audi cars, as far as i know it's OK to tow a car with manual transmission but for automatic transmission (A/T) you must not exceed 50km dahil may possibility na madamage ung internal parts (clutches, brakes, etc.) since di gagana ang oil pump sa loob ng torque converter na magsusupply ng ATF sa gearbox pag patay ang makina. Kaya nga the best for towing an A/T equipped car is a tow truck that lifts both front wheels while towing.

    Sa anti theft issue naman, it will not disable your engine but may trigger the alarm if your car is fitted with an inclination/level sensor and you tow it using a tow truck which lifts both front wheels. To solve this issue don't lock the car so the alarm is not activated.

    What variant. If you tow it with a flatbed truck, you shouldn't have any problems. You can try SpeedyFix in San Juan, look for Andrew. They are a little more expensive than your usual indie shop, but well worth the money. He was the one who got my A4 running smooth, where others failed.
