Sa manila lang ako and it's an '01 rav. Im actually selling it pero gusto ko pagawa muna mga maliliit na things na ganun for better customer satisfaction. It's probably the vent nga.

^Most likely an aircon shop. Depending sa design, pero for sure you'll need to remove parts of the dash or the whole dashboard to access the vents. Pwedeng sira yung cable, or yung vent motor or worse, foam insulator.

ilagay mo number 2 ung fan at bawasan ung thermo..

Sir, try nyo muna i set sa icon na may arrow papuntang mukha (see yellow highlight) baka napunta kayo sa deffogger (see green highlight). Kasi may mga vent malapit sa windshield which is for the defogger. baka kasi yun yung cause. gaya nga ng sabi mo nag s-start sa baba (most likely from the defogger vent) tapos hindi naman malamig ang hangin sabi mo (kasi nga baka nakadefogger).

Actually, nakaset na siya dun sa 1st icon. Di ko binabago ever since. I think sa vents yung problem as what others assumed. At least I know na what to look for first.
