By the way, original p lahat ng nkakabit sa aircon. advice naman sa A/C shop na mahusay at di tsambahan ang gawa. please kindly post all suggestions, thanks in advance.

as far as from my research. dapat din yung o-ring palitan.
have no idea to the effect to the compressor and effectiveness of the conversion.
natawa lang ako, when my father asked the mechanics about the costs.

Bukod doon sa flushing at oil change, as rion suggested, dapat lahat ng o-ring palitan, kailangan palitan din yung service port ng pang R134a, in some extreme cases baka kailangan mo ring palitan ang iyong condenser to achieve the best performance.

how about the freon/oil ratio. same lang po ba? since 134a uses less freon if I am not mistaken.

June 27th, 2010 09:49 AM #9^^ all cars manufactured w/ r134a systems use PAG oil ,we use PAG oil manufacturing Chrysler vehicles here in Canada and I once stationed at AC department working w/ ac systems.
i use ester to convert r12 to r134a systems its because of the compatibility of the old capella oil and ester oil .
we don't have to flush the whole system as once believed .
i have been using ester oil strictly for conversion only.
if working with original r134a systems i always use PAG oil.
