vanettes are known on overheating problem. So, relocating your a/c condenser will allow more 'fresh air' to go through your radiator, resulting to more effecient cooling system. the mechanic said it's cooler a/c bcoz the condenser will not anymore absorb some additional heat (from the radiator), which enables the freon to liquify more, thus cooler liquid to flow through the evaporator.
