Radiator leak?

Here's what I noticed at the side of the radiator.



Is that a sign of leakage or it's just normal that I don't have to worry about? To see what's causing it, pinaandar ko po makina. Nangyari po may nadedevelop na moist and that moist I think is causing the corrosion. Normal naman temperature gauge nasa middle. Tinggal ko yung radiator cap so far puno pa din ng water. Worry ko po baka lumalala at masira radiator or mag-overheat. Ano po pueding gawin dito? Toyota Altis 2003 po ang tsikot ko.

Ang problema mo ay hindi ka sumusunod sa tamang maintenance ng radiator kaya meron ka premature wear and corrosion.

Use a proper coolant.
