If so, its an electrical issue. A stuck relay or a busted sensor probe.

August 16th, 2013 01:34 PM #3yes sir, cold start. you just switch the keys to on and on the fan goes, even if the engine is still not running (/haven't ran for the day).
Still yet to check the relay. Thanks sir Evo.
