I have verified that in my ride's case(civic).. naka-rekta un blue and black wires connected to the ECT switch (un switch malapit dun sa thermostat) which controls wether the radiator fan when to switch-on. Sira na cguro un switch kaya niremedyohan nung dating mayari... haaay... bili na lang cguro ako...

anyway, hindi normal switch agad r. fan mo pag-switch ng car...
