Radiatior Coolant Question

Hey mga bro patulong naman, mag papa drain kasi ako ng radiator this week, I just want to know kung ilang "coolant at distilled wate"r ba ang kakailananin ko? may nakita ako sa ACE na Prestone Coolant 1Liter - 313 petot, Ok na ba ang 1liter? kasi sa mga nabasa ko dapat 50/50 dapat ang mixture. ibig sabihin ba nito kung 3 liters ang distilled water 3 liters din ang coolant? patulong naman po. naguguluhan na ako...di ko alam kasi kung gano karami bibilin kong coolant at distilled water. thanks

Correct: 50% coolant/ 50% distilled water. How many liters? Depende sa laki ng radiator mo.

akala ko ung coolant basta ibuhos na lang dun sa plastic na lalagyan nya sa tabi nung radiator, ok na. may mixture percentage pa pala

get the premixed na so you would not worry about the 50:50 ratio. imho, yung prestone is premixed na so buhos na lang yun.

i'm still guilty of using regular tap water rather than distilled water. ung mga binibili ko kasi wilkins para sa gatas ng baby ko, baka magalit si misis pag sa tsikot ko nilagay hahaha peace

Get the 5 or 6 liter container of Absolute distilled drinking water, it’s cheaper.

TS, if you will use the concentrate, pour a liter or 500ml coolant then followed by the same volume of distilled water hanggang mapuno. prepare at least 2 liters of concentrated coolant at least. sobra na yun.

maraming salamat sa mga replies. to be safe i'll buy a 3Liter Prestone Concentrate coolant and (2) 5Liter distilled water. mas maganda na siguro sobra kesa magkulang. nasira kasi waterpump ko kaya naubos lahat ng coolant, kaya eto no choice kelangan pagawa ng water pump, drain and refill ng bagong coolant.... Gastos na naman.

mga sirs. dagdag question po. i recently bought Prestone 1liter coolant. it says in the label as "concentrate", does it mean kelangan ko i-dilute ito w/ distilled water before i put it in the reservoir? i see diluting ratio instructions din kasi sa back label nya. are there Prestone concentrate & Prestone premixed , or iisa lang po tlgang klase ito? tnx po.

Just follow those instructions on the label, you'll be all right...

di naman bawal ang tap or galing sa balon or known as mineral water, kaya lang malakas siya maka kalawang kaya mas maige ang distilled water. marami namang medyo murang distilled drinking water like sm bonus, absolute or yung sikat na wilkins. best shot siya kung ihahalo sa anti boil coolant.
