    Kakapalit ko lang ng aircon compressor. Bago na rin yung expansion valve and drier. Ni-flush na rin yung aircon lines.

    Ang problema ko ngayon, sobra namang active yung thermostat ko. Konting lamig pa lang, pinapatay na niya yung compressor. Pero hindi pa masyadong lumalamig yung loob ng kotse, kahit naka todo na yung settings.

    Iniisip ko mali yung pagkakabit ng sensor ng thermostat. baka nailagay sa tubo na sobrang lamig.

    Ibabalik ko na siya sa shop para ipa-check, pero kung meron kayong suggestions, paki post na lang. Thanks in advance

    its either that or a malfunctioning thermostat. ganyan din yung akin before.

    Confirm first if it's really the thermostat that's turning off the compressor. It could be a safety feature, cutting current to the compressor clutch if the pressure in the system is too much or too little.

    Thanks oj88. Interesting. So it's possible that the compressor disengaging the clutch because of too little pressure? Meaning kulang ang freon?

    Reading more, it could either be a pressure switch connecting to one of the A/C lines or a thermal switch protecting the magnetic clutch.

    But I would guess the former since it's more likely that it was overcharged with coolant.
