Ano kaya problem ng A/C ko na maingay ung fan / buga ng hangin pero malamig naman?

Baka kailangan lang ng Linis or spray ng lubricant/WD-40 yun motor.

madumi lang yan.... same as the regular electric fans baka may dirt accumulation na sa blades o sa mismong motor.
linis lang yan.... an reputable aircon shop can do it.
pwede din DIY yan kung matyaga ka.

Correct, its just the cabin filter that is clogged and dirty. It also happened to me, the #2 fan setting is so weak and noisy., then I tried to remove the cabin filter and try it again, then the noise and weak air that comes out of of the vent gets back to normal. I suggest you replace the cabin filter.
