    I dont have an L3 but the fuses on your picture doesnt include several electrical components like radiator fan, ignition fuse, for diesels you should have heater or glow plug fuses, fuel pump fuse, ac blower fuse etc,

    if you dont see it, baka meron lng black plastic cover...
