HELP: Wrong Type of Oil For my Aircon

Last I Year I didn't have a "Suki" shop for my aircon, so when the time comes that I had my maintenance for my aircon I just went to the shop that was recommend to me by my friend without knowing if they're really good....Now, a year after, I went to another shop which is naging "suki" ko na kasi they're good at their job(reputable as we say)...I had my aircon checked kasi may naririnig akong unusual na sound pero not so loud nka maka-irita...so when they did the check they found out (I was shocked and blamed myself)na mali pala ang nilagay na oil sa aircon ko for R12 na freon ang nilagay na 134A dapat... and isa daw yun sa mga dahilan kung bakit nag-ingay yun compressor ko and worst masisira....

Now I have another problem...hope you guys can help ... after having my a/c maintenance (cleaning change 134a freon and oil etc) in my suki (reputable shop), nawala na yung unusual na sound pro hindi na malamig yung aircon ko, parang fan nalng yung ginaw nya... (kasi nasunog yung automatic a/c controller so pinalitan nalng ng rotary type na a/c control..(they just converted yung nasira na electronic a/c controler)... mas malamig pa yung aircon ko before ko pina sa shop..... wala namng leak sa condenser and mga lines (double checked) at sakto naman yung freon dahil 134A na ang freon at oil na nilagay at umaandar na man yung a/c ko... bakit ganito? anong possible problem or explanation? At Ang sabi ng mekaniko dun palitan ng compressor dahil weak na daw, mahina na magpaginaw (ngayun di na talaga maginaw)...pero sa tingin ko ok pa yun dahil maginaw pa sya noon before ko pinasok sa shop....nagugulohan na ako ano ba dapat ang gawin ko at ano ba ang prob ng a/c ko?

Pumunta kami sa Swim Pool kanina ng family ko.. ang init sa loob ng auto 7 kami parang blower lng aircon.. Huhuhu..

1. Check mo yung a/c controller ba ka di naka tap sa compressor, kaya kahit pihitin mo ito di mag activate ang compressor.
2. Check mo kung may charge pa rin na freon yan, pakunan mo ng suction pressure pag tumatakbo compressor mo. If you have below 25 psig, undercharge yan, dapat nasa 25-45 psig yan. Sa discharge pakunan mo rin ng pressure mas mataas ito dapat.
3. Kung equal ang pressure mo sa suction and discharge habang tumatakbo compressor, thats the time the technician can declare na may problem na ang compressor mo or I should say na loose compression na yan, if that is the case.
4. check mo ang blower scroll mo kung gumagana, check the air filters baka marumi and also the evaporator fins baka nagyeyelo na yan.

ang suggestion ko, pumunta ka si ibang shop, don't tell the new shop of what happened to your A/C system (re wrong oil), ipa check mo reading ng A/C system mo.

The reading on your A/C system should be:

on the low-side of the A/C, reading should be 30-40 psi
the high side should be less than 200 with the engine at idle, this is the ideal reading.

If the low-side pressure is more than 40, and the hi-side is still less than 200, then there's a problem, it can be anything from expansion valve to compressor, which was probably caused by the wrong oil, if the high-side reading is 200+, it's called "hi pressure"

Nka Activate po yong A/c controller kasi nag run po yong motor ng compressor... Hindi lng talaga maginaw.. Check ko nlang to sa ibang shop.. Huhuhu.. thanx!

Okey sir Punta ako ng shop ngayun after lunch.. Di ko gaano na intindihan yong a/c system but Copy ko to and I'll tell the A/c mechanic regarding this.. Thanx so much!

UPDATE: Pumunta ako sa SHOp kanina.. Kay Manong ALEX ako tomorrow sched sa Compressor ko.. OKey pa daw compressor ko sabi nya ( good news) 40 psi pa.. So sabi nya lagyan nya ng "OIL SEPARATOR" anybody na alam nito?

Yep.. sya nga si Manong Alex Aircon Medic.. I meet him kanina.. Madami ng nice feedback galing sa kanya.. sya daw ng maintain ng goverment vehicles, san miguel etc.. kaya pumunta ako doon ..

nag kagulo kasi aircon ko and I really want to go sa shop nya.. I really need my aircon back to its perfomance .. sa Manila kay Manong Mario so I think sa Cebu sana sya na ang aircon medic na hinahanap ko..

where exaclty in cebu ka? Nag pa service kna bah doon? I think maroong kang mag bisaya..

UPDATED:
infos regarding my aircon repair..

Last day nag pa service ako.. first kinunan ni Manong alex ang performance ng compressor ko sabi nya " ok pa ang compressor mo tol " di lng templado ang ginaw.. (sayang pera ko kasi ng pa cleaning ako ulit.. wlang ginaw talaga.. di marunong ang nag pa karga last shop ko amp..

OIL separtor ang ginawa nya pra mas maginaw yong aircon ko.. SUbra ang ginaw na.. maginaw pa kaysa sa dati kong nkasanayan.. nginiggggg..

WARNING sa mga nag pa service ng aircon na di alam ang ways on how to put freon and oil...(san dapat ) Type of oil and freon dapat.. kung ano nkalagay sa sticker ng hood dapat yun din pra maginaw talaga..

sakin compressor STOCK DENSO blade type compressor dapat R134a freon and R134a oil and U.S. Made dapat hindi China or etc na freon.. dapat marunong at hindi tira lng ng tira..

regarding oil separator :

mas maginaw kaysa sa dati
mas hindi mabigat sa engine kpag nka aircon on

+Oil separator (connected to the condenser and compressor ) customize made (ayos!)
