    sir ako ang ginamit ko eh yung insulation na nabibili sa ace hardware yung foam na may silver...di masyado nag iinit hood ko at di agad kukupas ang hood mo...mura lang yun

    Sir, how do you attach those under the hood. Do you use any particular clip so it'll fit?

    Kung may budget ka: Dynamat or Dynaliner. It's a bit lighter than 'flashband.'

    just by the heat insulator from your dealer, hinde naman masyadong mahal yan probably will cost 2k+ lang

    sir yung mazda 323 gen1 ko kc eh may heatshield na dati at may clips at pins na dun yun din ang ginamit ko, or pwede ata ductape para dyan yung gray na madikit na tape

    May nakita ako sa True Value Park Square 1 sa Makati. I don't remember how much it costs though.

    is the dynaliner available locally (aside from true value makati)?

    One more problem wala na rin yung mga plugs and clips. where can I get those kaya?

    As far as I know, Dynamat and Dynaliner are self-adhesive. Best to clean the metal surfaces with solvent (e.g. alcohol or acetone) beforehand, and use a rubber roller to eliminate air bubbles/pockets and promote better adhesion.

    Dynamat is usually used for noise-reduction purposes...what car audio buffs call "deadening." Dynaliner is for heat reflection/containment.

    AFAIK there's an existing thread about this topic, anyway, attached is what I did to my former Civic EG.
