how is the aircon performance naman, consistent ba ang lamig or not?
it will go up pagtakbo ng compressor & down pag off ng compressor.
so you can also check your temp setting. set it to full or highest temp.
pag it still ur rpm goes up & down at the same rate, then in addition to GH
mentioned, u can check also thermostat and/or thermocouple.
