Have the magnetic clutch of the A/C compressor checked. Chances are it is already shorted and needed replacing or rewinding.

unable to decipher vehicle make or country of origin. but, the most common magnetic clutch coils have about 1 ohm of resistance. hence, current=voltage divided by resistance (12 volts divided by 1 ohm gives you 12 amps, higher than 10 amps fuse you had. the fuse could be protecting the airconditioning amplifier. the condenser blower uses 15 amps fuse, the evaporator blower uses 15 amps

it is an electronic module or microprocessor taking inputs as ambient temperature, engine speed, throttle position, coolant temperature, engine rpm, cabin temperature and high pressure switch/ low pressure switch and outputs as magnetic clutch relay, condenser fan relay, some inputs or outputs are not included. some are more complex. in some systems called climate control, the system is more complicated

still not sure of the model. what is the engine size? what is this car in the u.s. market? there is hyundai accent that uses 10 amp fuse for the a/c clutch. try replacing the fuse with a self resetting circuit breaker of 10 amps and by process of elimination, unplug a/c electrical components until the circuit breaker stops clicking. what are the conditions that have to be met immediately causing the fuse to blow?

AC fuse gets blown
