Condenser Replacement

My ac condenser was replaced a month ago. But now I noticed that my ac is not as cool as before. I inspected the sightglass and it is bubbly while the ac is on. Should the freon be re-charged also after the installation? Thanks.

hindi kailangan na pakagarga ulet..Note;hindi porke mayroong bubbles sa sight glass kulang sa freon..indication din ito na high pressure ka.. pwede rin na expansion valve restricted na..
