Check also your water pump. We've had this problem before on our old, high mileage cars and it was the water pump in two cases and the radiator in another.

With the water pump, check if there is water dripping while the car is running then nawawala when its shut off.

If there are no visible leaks anywhere in your cooling system, it could be that the water is seeping into the combustion chamber thru a bad head gasket or the head itself specially if you're blowing white smoke at the tail pipe.

check the freeze plugs on the engine block, they tend to corrode overtime and causes coolant leaks

If that only happens in the morning, it may just be condensation. But if even after driving a considerable distance ganun pa din, it may be connected with your original problem of coolant loss; the reasons already enumerated by our friends here. The best is to have a competent mechanic eliminate and repair all apparent defects starting from the simplest.

Not connected with the topic, but share ko na rin.

Last month, I had my rad fan and radiator itself cleaned and washed.

Tapos, pinalitan ko na yung rad hose ko .. yung luma kong rad hose, parang masisira na/worn out nung tinanggal so sabi ko buti nalang i decided to have these things replaced/cleaned.

Pati rad cap pinapalitan ko na rin.

Kaya from then, mas late yung pagtaas ng temp ko kaysa before. Hehehe.

sir, will a regular auto repair shop suffice to do the necessary replacement of corroded freeze/core plugs? or does one need to avail the services of shops specializing specifically in engine repair? thank you.

If I'm not mistaken nasa 800-1000 ung surplus. Di ko lang matandaan yung exact kasi dalawang parts yung binili namin that time.

White smoke sa exhaust could mean that radiator coolant is entering your engine. Kung gusto mo quick fix try mo chemweld or any other radiator sealing fluid (usually works sa maliliit na leaks).

Another test to see if meron ng leak sa engine e remove your radiator cap and have someone start the car. Pag me bula (small bubbles) or talagang kumukulo yung radiator coolant sure na me crack ka sa engine. At that point you need to have the engine overhauled and probably replace the cracked head, clean cylinders (possibly replace rings etc.)
