September 12th, 2010 10:05 AM #1Kahapon habang nasa byahe at kalsada ng bigla na lang nawala ang lamig ng aircon ng Ford Everest(2006). Check ko ang FUSE sa PANEL pumutok ang fuse. Nagpalit ako ng fuse pero pansamantala itinaas ko ng 15amp na ang original ay 10amp fuses kasi wala ako stock sa compartment at papalitan ko din kapag bili ko sa auto supply. Lalamig ang aircon, Pero mamaya lang blown na ulit o putok na ang fuse, balik sa fan na lang ulit..huhuhu. Gumagana naman ang blower. Ano kaya dapat check dito mga master at idol? salamat po ng marami.
Kung di kayanin, baka may mga kasama tayo dyan na may mairekomenda para sa aircon ng FORD EVEREST 2006, nandito ako sa Quezon city.

Chances are, there is a problem with the A/C compressor clutch coil. The coil is shorted and needs to be replaced or to be re-winded.
BTW, it is not advisable to use a fuse with a higher amp rating than the original. It could have caused an electrical fire to start if the coil shorted and the fuse did not blow to stop it from happening.

September 12th, 2010 03:54 PM #4i just read a lot in the forum(local and international)..i tumble to get the problem...sa dami ng kuro kuro, at tingin tingin..sa pamamagitan ng pag analisa, napag alaman ko na ang problema ay ang A/C clutch RELAY. binaklas ko iyon at nag search ako kung paano ito check using continuity using tester na luma ko. Sorry walang picture. Medyo leak ang findings ko. Kaya bumili na lang ako sa pinakamalapit na AUTO supply dito sa quezon city. At kapag kabit ko nito, nilagay ko ang FUSE na bago (10amp)..ayun , hindi na pumuputok o sinisira ang FUSE.
