Tumataas kasi ang temp sa gauge everytime mainit ang morning and especially traffic. Pero pag gabi ok naman kahit traffic. Wala naman visible leak sa cooling system. Bago din ang reservoir thermostat and radiator cap. Problem is lagi nauubusan yung tubig sa reservoir d ko lang sure if this is normal. May pressure test kaya sa servitek?

May konting tagas yan bro.iopen m ang hood pag mainit ang makina at tignan mo kung may tumutulo pati sa ilalim.pag mainit makina mataas ang pressure kya dun sumisirit yung coolant

It didnt reach the H mark but mga 3/4 na lang. Do you consider it as overheat na? Im thinking it could be the water pump coz its the only part that i didnt change.

Meron leak yan. We use uv reactive dyes to trace leaks in our water chiller systems.

Walang leak pero hindi na masyado nagdidissipate ng init ang radiator mo dahil madumi na sa loob. At least that is my suspicion.

May baradong tube yung radiator, at magpe-pressurize yung system at tatapon yung coolant.

Same thought. We had a high temp issue with our car over the past few months with similar symptoms. After checking everything else, turned out the radiator simply was not flowing enough coolant.

You can tell that this is the case by checking (carefully) if both hoses are warm. If one is very hot while the other is cool (when the engine is running hot), that's a clogged radiator.

are you overheating because you are losing coolant?
or, are you loosing coolant, hence the overheating?
or, your coolant loss and overheating are caused by the same problem...?

1. your radiator is clogged, in and/or out.
a. your radiator tubes are clogged. they might still be cleaned thru "radiator overhaul", or you might have to replace the radiator.
b. your radiator fins are so dirty, very little air passes thru them. you may try to have them cleaned in the radiator fixit shop.

2. your aux fans are slowing down. mine were (non-toyota), and replacement of the motors restored them to factory spec.

3. (water pump) leak?

Sometines i notice the temp rises but didnt lose any coolant afterwards. Will it be better to just buy a new radiator instead of overhaul?
